Passionate educator. Qualified Teacher and Examiner.
The heart behind Evergrowth Tuition.
Where every child is empowered to grow, thrive and discover their own path to success.
I'm Rafina, CEO and founder of Evergrowth Tuition. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education (B.Ed) and am a Qualified Teacher (QTS) with over 13 years of experience as both a teacher and school leader — working with students from Year 3 all the way through to Year 11. Over the years, I've developed a real understanding of how children grow and learn at every stage — and what they need to truly flourish.
GCSE English is my specialist area, and having worked as a qualified examiner, I can show students exactly how to think like an examiner — turning assessment anxiety into confidence and clarity.
As the head of year, I'm still very much an active part of the school system. I keep up with every curriculum change, new initiative, and shift in what schools are doing — so the support I offer is always relevant, always current, and always aligned with what your child is experiencing in the classroom.
At Evergrowth Tuition, I believe every pupil has their own unique roots — their own strengths, their own way of learning, their own potential. I never take a one-size-fits-all approach. I meet each child where they are, build their confidence from the ground up, and work at a pace that feels right for them.
“My goal is simple: to make learning enjoyable, meaningful and effective — so that every pupil walks away from a session feeling capable and inspired.”
Don’t just take my word for it — our reviews speak for themselves.
